had a retail store tell me today that they will not buy back my model iPhone 5. Is is a AT&T model MD638LL/A. Has anyone had this problem or know what is about? Any help would be appreciated

What retail store is it? Perhaps they don't have a guaranteed buy back program.

It is BestBuy and they would buy my wife's 5 but said just not my model
