iblacklist can black imessage sms? if i send the message is show "send" it's mean what? success or not? my friends can see the message?

or have other apps can black 4s imessage?

it says SENT not SEND so yes it has been delivered...

Viber works and I have used it but the other person has to install it as well so you make free calls and texts
