Iphone 4S change owner

I'm using my daughters phone and we restored it but the app updates keep coming up with her login and password even though i'm signed in with mine.
Any help would be appreciated

Apps are keyed to the specific AppleID used to purchase them. In order to prevent updates requiring your daughter's password, you will need to either purchase the apps again using your own ID, or use her ID.

Or delete the app from the said phone and download it again using your own account.

But that would mean he would have to purchase any paid for apps (which would be the right thing to do). Or he could wait till iOS 8 comes out and use the new family sharing feature that's included in it.

I am just saying right now that is his options. But yes if he can wait for ios8 to drop in October that would be the most economical option.
