Iphone 4 problem.

Hey, my mom got iphone 4 and periodically she finds it turned of and pressing home/lock button it starts over, also sometimes it doesn't recieve calls. what should we do to repair it? Thanks.
P.S. if don't mention all i've written, phone works perfectly
