Is there currently anyway to unlock a AT&T iPhone 4 with iOs 7.0.4?

I have already jailbroken it, but I have done hours of google searching and I haven't found anything but scam sites and "request it from AT&T"

Any options or should I take the phone out for target practice?

The only iPhone unlocking service recommended by iPhone Forums is applenberry. http://www.applenberry.com/phone-unlock/iphone/

Contact them and enquire about availability and price.

Looks like that website has been out of service for a while, and they show the service out of stock.
Apparently they haven't moderated all the spam out of their forum either.

IMEI services at that price are no longer available as publicly as before. AT&T and many other carriers have gone their way to get rid of the IMEI unlocking procedure, so what you can get now are of a different service or takes more effort to get it done.

Cheapest way to get unlocks now are to buy an interposer to unlock.
