when my wife backed up her Iphone their was a prblem with ITune's she went to apple they restored the phone but they had the same problem with Itune's so they said the first time it was caused by virus software turned it off the same thing happend. we removed ITune's and reinstalled it the problem is when we sync the phone the note's are not restored is this normal or are we doing something wrong. this all started with a software update for ITune's.
