iphone 4 not reception

I replaced a cracked screen on a iphone 4 (myself). The phone has all working features including wifi,but I have problems getting a signal. 99% of the time there is "no service" showing. I have only been able to make 2 calls in a month.
Is there anything I might have done wrong putting the phone back together?

Don't know why you replaced it since all iPhones from Verizon are new and they are covered unless you didn't get any insurance. I am guessing you might of crimped the antenna somehow when replacing the display.
