iPhone 4 camera delays opening shutter

Hi

After 4 years with iPhone the "4" model camera(both single shot and movie) may take up to a minute for shutter to open.

Have tried the usual procedures to re-set but the problem persists.

Any ideas on how to correct? Thanks
