Iphone 3GS

Hey guys , i have an iphone 3gs from 2009 olderbootroom and i want to flash the firmware,
the bootroom its at 05.11.07 but have simlock because my network its portugueses and the iphone it is from danmark.

im thinking in use the snowbreeze software to flash the ipws 6.0 and cydia. but no flash to the bootroom so i can unlocked later the sim.
Am i correct with this procedure?

I will advice you to secure someone who can do it well since you are not too sure of the procedure, am saying this for safety purpose.
