iPhone 3GS speaker problem.

I have a iPhone 3GS and everything was working fine untill I was playing a game and the speaker kept cutting out for about 5minutes now it doesn't work even when when I play music , only plays through headphones , but if I play music and blow hard into the speaker I can hear it , :/ please help !
