Okay so my Ipod touch broke and I was looking for another one, A guy at my Fire Department (im a firefighter) gave me his old Iphone 3g. I went home, charged it, and decided to restart everything and return the phone to factory settings. Well It was finished and the screen pops up that says "OpenIboot" Im assuming he installed something when he had it. It gives me 3 options, IOS, Console, and android. I Did the IOS and it brought me to the apple logo and froze there. It wont do anything but let me restart it(holding home button and sleep at the same time) The Console and Android does the same thing...brings up a long script and then stops. I tried to plug into Itunes but it wont find the phone. I also held down the home and sleep button for 25 seconds but still didnt recognize it. I dont know what to do. I just want to be able to use it! I dont care for the Iboot. I would like to just get it to its original stuff. Any advice?
