Iphone 3g 05.15.04 , to Ipad baseband and unlock how?

Install a fresh copy of iOS 4.2.1 on your iPhone 3G (the last version of iOS support for the 3G) using DFU mode on iTunes.

Run RedSn0w as an administrator, then go to Extras > Select IPSW and point it to the IPSW you downloaded above that you used to restore your iPhone (if your device is already in a non-jailbroken state, just download the IPSW for this step). After selecting the IPSW, click Back and click Jailbreak. Put your iPhone 3G into DFU mode. Click Next (or if you're following the on-screen instructions on how to put the device into DFU mode, don't click next yet). You should now be on a screen with multiple tickboxes. Tick "Install Cydia", "Deactivate", and "Install/Flash iPad Baseband". Now click Next. Let your device finish jailbreaking. After your initial setup (if applicable) go to Cydia, and add the UltraSn0w repo and install UltraSn0w. If you want to keep your iPhone on the flashed iPad Baseband, you can leave it as is. If you want to downgrade it to baseband 05.13.04, you'll need to run RedSn0w again, select the IPSW, DFU your device, click jailbreak, and in the section with the tickboxes, this time, only tick "Downgrade from iPad Baseband" and click Next.
