I have and iPad Pro 9.7 from express replacement only 7 days old.

When I took to Apple next day when I got replacement due to dust under the selfi camera the genius cleaned it .

Two days later I noticed a deep scratch that’s like a rain bow affect not sure if the lady at Apple scratched it and it was in a case targus that’s protects the screen.

The scratches do affect the screen viewing.

I have apple care plus and an appointment at a new Apple store location this weekend can I pay the fee to get it replaced and I didn’t scratched it all ?

Other people are giving me less information

No idea what your first photo should show, but I can’t see anything extraordinary on your screenshot.

For me it looked like a deep scratch and I can feel it with my fingers.

Can I use my Apple care plus to pay for a replacement for a fee

Here the issue

I can see that your screen is not clean, if that’s the display of your iPad. It doesn’t look like you handle your Apple devices very carefully, neither iPhone nor iPad.

If these really are scratches, they were certainly not made by the lady at Apple, since you noticed them two days later. You tend to examine your devices very carefully, as we already know. I also know that you didn’t put a screen protector onto your iPad’s screen when you got it. It would be a good idea to let someone apply a protector as soon as you buy it. The screen of an iPad can’t be scratched easily, so I wonder how this might have happened.

No idea whether or not Apple will replace it, and if so, how much you’d have to pay. You’ll have to visit the next Apple Store, show them your device and ask them about it.
