Yesterday we saw Apple seed the third beta of iOS 9.3.2 to developers. What seems to be the norm now, folks signed up through Apple's public beta testing website can now join in on the fun.

iOS 9.3.2's release notes show that the new firmware update contains bug fixes and improvements. Hidden in the background, iOS 9.3.2 seems to bring fixes to a major Game Center bug, which caused users to experienced the so-called "white screen of death".

The third beta of iOS 9.3.2 is now available to developers through over-the-air update, or by downloading the correct firmware in Apple's iOS developer center.

Apple's Beta Software Program is available for anyone who would like to join for free. The process doesn't take much longer than a few seconds, but if you aren't a developer or don't know what you're doing, it's much better to wait for the final build.
