Can't you slide up on the comma/explanation key to get an apostrophe? I'm probably showing my ignorance but I've used that forever.

I don't like that in my music it's listed in alphabetical order by artist not music anymore! Is there a way to change this ?

There should be Library at the top left. When you tap it, you can select which way to show your music: playlists, artists, albums, songs, downloaded songs...

Off topic, but have you tried using an app SoundFocus maybe?
