In ABBYY Lingvo app, in the past there are lots of dictionary packs but now there aren't?

Hi everyone. In AppStore there is ABBYY Lingvo app. In this app, in the past there are lots of language packs but now some language packs such as english-turkish that was free are not available. I tried to use the old versions of this app but it doesn't work. Someone can help me? If there is a link or website of language packs for this app, someone can share? Or if you already have Turkish language pack, can you share the data of this application?

Since the app's last update on Sept. 12, you need to buy the dictionaries from inside the app. Also, Turkish is not one of the languages listed in the app description, it is one of the ones that have to be purchased separately from within the app.
