How to delete photos in photostream? except from turning it off.

First make sure that you turn off photostream in settings> iCloud> photostream OFF/
Now access your account at iCloud.com using an Internet browser, when logged in you will see your name at the upper right side of the page, click on your name. Click on the Advanced option and then click on the Reset Photo Stream button.

I was able to go into settings, iCloud, photo stream, and turn from on to off. It then asked me if I wanted to delete photos. Had to be turned on on the first place to get that. If it was already off I had to turn on, back out to settings then go back in and the option to delete showed up.

I tried the iCloud.com route and after I signed in it took me right to the locate map. Couldn't get to the settings page.
