    Hello

Does the I Phone have a pedometer already installed? If so, where and how do I activate and use it?

    Thanks

If you have an iPhone 5S and newer it has a built in motion tracking chip. If you go to the activity section in the health app on your iPhone, you can see how many steps you took on any particular day, along with a lot of other data. You can also check out any other days in the past.

If you have an Apple Watch, the health app also integrates health and fitness data from the sensors on the watch.

Try it out and see how you like the pedometer function in the health app.

There are quite a lot of pedometer apps on the app store.

They all use the built in motion tracking chip, though.

It could be that a third party pedometer app wil present the info in a manner that’s more suitable for the individual user.
