I need recommendations for a cover and case for my iPhone 4S

I recently got the iPhone 4S from Virgin Mobile and I need a cover for it (i.e. a skin tight cover) as well as a protective case (something heavy duty meant to endure falls). My only preference is that they should both be all black, no designs.

Any recommendations?

I have the Seidio Surface case, and I'm a big fan. You can also get a holster for it if you need it. There used to be a good review of it on iLounge, but I can't seem to find it now.
