I need photo app with custom text and time&date

Hello to all,

Can someone please recommend me app that has built in custom text and time & date, that when you take photo, text and time & date are already set on the photo. I do not like photo apps that you need to add this later, because that takes me too much time.
By the way I am using iPhone 6.

I'm using Photogene when I export images to other apps, but want the date and my name on it.
In the app, it's possible to enable both:

When you select "Watermark", you can add text:

If you don't chnge it, this text will be on every image with Watermark enabled. When you scroll down, you can choose where to put the text:
