I have a big problem I cant restore mi iphone

Hello, sorry for my english.

Yesterday, I tried restore my Iphone, never I had a problem.
But this time, when i tried choose a backup (I have 3 backup supposedly)

"itunes could not restore the iphone because an error occurred during backup"

Now, I have without contacts, 100% clean

For me is a big problem for my phone numbers, I use to work !!! (+300 phone numbers)

PD: Not number error - I restarted PC - I changed USB port

What's the error code? It should be some like "Error 3194". Somewhere a long those lines

Ok. I'm gonna need you to explain everything. Are you jailbroken, what firmware is installed on your phone, and are you trying to restore back to a stock firmware.

IF you are on a PC go to

Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

delete or move this files to another place and then try again.

on a Mac they will be

/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup

try that and let us know.
