I am stuck and need help !!!

I have cydia on my phone but every time I try to download a application from it, Once the application finish downloading I get the reboot device and after i click on that my phone gets stuck on the apple logo.

please can someone show me the way ...

If you are 4.2.10 then you have to re-jailbreak on every reboot because is thether jailbreak.

Thats the problem. it's a tethered JB

I understand i tetheared JB but its not letting me download any application from cydia. If I try to download my iphone gets stuck on the apple logo I do not believe this is normal.

You have to keep your iphone hooked up to the 30 pin at all times and re-jailbreak it for those apps that require a reboot. Thats the only way just like the other post are saying.
