How to set apn with chatr

Hi,

I recently changed my service provider to chatr wireless, and I got the data plan but my data isn't working!
The man at chatr said that an APN setting must be added or something like that and gave me instructions to go to a site called www.powercx.com but chatr is not listed there.
Can somebody pleasee help me

Depends on where your iphone is from. If it's from the apple store, it's unlocked and you can enter the APN.
If it's a Rogers iphone, you need to add a profile and enter the apn in itunes (Apple iPhone Configuration Utility for Mac - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com)
If it's not a Rogers iPhone, you need to unlock it.

As their website says, the apn is chatrweb.apn
