How to add contacts between 2 phones

Not sure I can do this. I have an iphone 3G that I use for work with 180 contacts and another that is an iphone 4. What I would like to do is add the contacts on the 3G work phone to the iphone 4. The iphone 4 currenlty does not any contacts. I would like to keep the contacts on both phones.
How can this be done.

You'll either have to back them up using iTunes and sync them over, or you'll have to do it manually. By manually I mean using iFunBox or iExplorer, go to the directory of all the contacts, then copy and paste them into a folder on your computer. Then you connect the iPhone 4, then drag and drop all the contacts onto your iPhone on the left hand taskbar and it'll sync.

you mean he can't use bump to transfer contacts?

Bump requires iOS 4.3 minimum. The 3G caps at 4.2.1
