Help!!?

I'm not very technical minded, however I've managed to jailbreak my iPhone 4. I've just paid for the timeless hd theme, however I have no idea how to set it all up. I've installed the relevant programs to install, but I'm now stuck. Can anyone give me an idiots step by step guide to installing?

Do you have Winterboard? If yes go into the settings and scroll down until you see Winterboard click on it and enable it. Next click on the theme and go back and you're device will respiring.
