im looking for a free app that allows me to completely change the colour of parts of pictures. i have tried quite a few that allow a colour change but if an object is black it doesnt make any difference. i have tried photoshop express thats free but it doesnt have a colour change option.
Has anyone got an app that does change colours?
i already have pixlromatic, WEcam, Instagram, Color Effects (best one) and photoshop express...
The color effects does change the colour but im wanting to change it totaly. not just the light parts...
