help I do not know how to use the gps? on my ipone five?

I want to travel from kingston to hamilton ontario BUT i want to use a certain special route. I Don't know how to do that using my iphone? I am a horrible driver and get lost and scared very easy and panic? I cant figure out how to do this. Please help me.

I remember some built in gps were so bad like the blackberry I had got me lost. I was a total mess.

Use Google map put the address and start. Very easy.

i thought there was a better way? google maps is not always that great? isnt mapquest more legit?
