HELP!!!! All my contacts are gone!!!

I really hope you guys can help me!!!! I went to bed last night everything was fine, woke up today unplugged my phone, went into my contacts and there's none!!! I went into my text messages and it said the persons name then it changed to just the number! Help!!!

Was it plugged into you computer? Could be that it synced automatically when you plugged it in.

Plug your phone in to iTunes and select it. Make sure the sync contacts box is ticked in either the summary or info tab (I forget which). Then resync...
