Hello everyone. My name is Cliff, and I have been a long time iPhone user. It started with the 3G, then the 4, 5 and currently have a 6. So this time, I have decided to upgrade to the 7 Plus, 128gb Matte Black. Now the wait until November 3rd-10th for it to ship. Luckily I ordered it through a local AT&T store in time to get the $650 bill credits. The new home 'button' will take some getting used to, but I imagine it will become second nature over time.

So, I've been playing around with my new 7 Plus in Black, and I have to say the new 'home' button was easy to pick up on how to use. I'm really liking the stereo speakers too. Nice and clean sounding. Overall I am really impressed and liking this phone.

I noticed when recording videos, there was a hissing sound in the background. Is this normal? This is the only time my phone does this. The phone is currently running 10.0.2, so will updating to 10.1.1 fix this or is it just normal background hiss?

Hi just made 2 videos on iPhone 6 Plus set up with
iOS 10.1.1 and have no sound in the background.
Whether that solves your problem l can't say, sorry.
