Hello All and Happy New Year

the reason I have joined is I have bought a used iphone 4s and am already needing bit of guidance. I cannot get the wifi or wireless to enable, I have been told this is because the latest software installed is not compatible with 4s. Is this correct, if so what can I do correct the problem?

Have you checked in the "settings' section of the phone for wireless and made sure it's set to "on" or activated?

Thanks for reply, yes I have checked. The button that you slide to the right is not live ie it will not slide left to right. Regarding the Bluetooth button that is constantly showing the rotating wait symbol.
