I have a go phone account, for the last week I have been getting charges for GPRS from 0 to 1 cents that's not a big deal but I wonder why all of a sudden I am getting these and how to stop it.

It's pulling data, very weak data but if you don't have a data package it could get expensive and you need to turn that off. If you do have data, I would complain to the provider about getting data service that is so poor.
App's could be using data. Go to Settings and turn off cellular data.

Settings-> Cellular->Cellular data. Toggle that off.

I am no expert but you could try leaving data on, but turning off all the apps. To see if that has any effect. If that does work, then turn them on 1by1 to find the problem app. If its an app problem.
