Frozen Update

Ok, so itunes went to update my phone to 7.1.2 which is fine, however the loading bar has been stuck at just under half way done for over 30 minutes.....do I need to do a restore now? I don't really know what else to do?

Google has reports of this, apparently a hard reboot will solve your issue.

Ended up doing full restore. All seems well!
