Fix Notification iphone 4

hi all,

i upgrade my iphone 4 to IOS5 and i jailbreak it but i lose my carried connection because it 04.11.08 basedand and i understand that i need to wait tell it is Gevey solved, but i need help in pish notification ..i tryied the SAM but it is not worked and give me "FactoryActived" so please i need help in this.
