Error syncing my iPhone 7 Plus.

I am trying to do a sync with iTunes v 12.5.3.17,but every time the sync will not complete.I am told that the sync session has expired.I am new to this forum,so I apologise in advance if this question has been asked before.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to mention,my phone is running ios v 10.2 beta 7.

Are you using WiFi or iTunes on your computer to sync your iphone?

ITunes,I did say that earlier.

Try restarting your computer and connect the phone to the computer with hard wire
then open the iTune.

I have done that,but it made no difference.If I do find a solution to this problem,I will post it here.

Is the system time on your computer right/ in sync? If not, correct it.

The system Time on the computer is correct.I know that iTunes does have problems like mine,but to be positive,I will get things put right.
