Since when is this happening, which iDevice is it supposed to work with, iOS installed, e.g.
 
Are you talking about the control that's built into the EarPods for controlling phone calls, music, etc.? If so, try a different set of EarPods to see if the problem is in the EarPods or the phone? In either case it's likely to be a hardware problem and would be covered by the warranty if it's still in effect.
 
Yes , i tried different ear-pod on my iphone 5s (ios 8.3). But control buttons were not working . there is no problem with listening music . what can i do ?
 
Have you considered a Genius Bar appointment to have a diagnostic done? This would find out exactly what the problem is and how much the repair would cost if the warranty has expired.
