Download Reminder is a Cydia Tweak which will let you know when an app is finished downloading. Simply download an application within the App Store and go do whatever you'd like on your iDevice. The Tweak will pop up a notification when your app is installed even if you are using another app. Download Reminder can be found for FREE under the ModMyi Repo in the Cydia Store.
