yup. lost all my apps, music, paid stuff too. phone is super slow now. sucks.

But you can sync it all back from iTunes, right? The only thing you really lost are your app settings. All your media, purchases, apps, etc. are still yours and can easily be reinstalled from iTunes. A pain, I know, but not a disaster...

4.3.3 shoukd not be super slow either. It is an almost identical OS. 4 tiny bug fixes between that and 4.3.5.
Sounds like a bit of bad luck. Try a clean restore and JB again.
