Doesnt push from server

I have my fetch new data set on to push but my mail still didn't come through.If it's off I can set it to 15 minuets but what if I want it right away when I get mail?Not sure what setup I'm missing.Im using yahoo mail.thx

Yes and I think it acts up from time to time.I read somewhere its Yahoo mails fault.
