Do the backup on the Iphone 2g after it was locked

Hi guys,

I have an iphone 2g for 6 years, since that time with unlock / jailbroken, always working well, but now it suddenly blocked.It asks me to activate the sim card and I can not access the home screen, just make emergency calls. Of course I can unlock it again, but the problem is that every unlock method tells me to do the Itunes backup first, so I don't lose my data. But how can I do this backup if Itunes won't let me?

Perform manual backups using other utilities such as iExplorer and such, then do a full restore in DFU or Recovery and manually restore the extracted data
