Does anyone else have a phone with something spelled incorrectly on the screen? My "Productivity" screen is spelled "Productivityh"

I don't think it's a defect.
You can correct it easily:
Tap the folder, then tap and hold one of the app icons until they start to wiggle. Now tap behind the wrong word, to put the cursor there. The keyboard will appear and allow you to remove the wrong letter. That done, tap the Home button.
