I have all my apps closed and yet it still used up 3kb sent and 13kb received in less then an hour. WHY?

I have no jailbreak, and i recently updated to 4.3

Fetch DATA options is OFF.

well i have an app from my carrier and it says it on the screen, ive also called my carrier about it, and ive seen mutliple threads about it

there is no answer I want to verify that fact. I want other beside you to tell me if they have the same issue on NON jailbroken iPhone. And tell me what version they are running, b/c I did not have that problem w/ 4.1

It should not use any data if you havn't opened any emails or ran any programs at all. I have done testing with my phone before. I think there is a problem with v4.3

nevermind, i did find some good news for your AT&T only charges $0.05/MB over your limit so that whopping 16kb will cost you 0.005 cents

the attachments wont count untill you open them, the text in the body of the email counts as soon as it fetched the email

yep I calling the tech support its a problem with 4.3
