Copy Voice Memo to PC?

Hi,
how do I copy a voice memo to my PC?
I need to make a copy for our local housing officer.

Do you mean voicemail? If yes, you can forward voicemails to people by opening the voicemail itself, tapping on the little square with the arrow coming from the top and selecting your choice of Message or Mail. From there it's just like any other mail or text to send.

No, it is a recording of some noise from a neighbour which needs to be sent to the housing offcer. I have managed to save a voice memo in the past but cannot remember how I did it.

Works the same way if you used Voice Memos that comes with iOS.
