Copy music w/o ITunes

PC is Windows 7 64 bit
Itunes 12.1.0.71 64 bit

Iphone 5c
IOS 8.1.3

I have my phone synced to my PC at work.
I would like to be able to copy music from my home PC without syncing to my home PC since that will wipe my phone of music that was synced from my work PC.
I have tried a number of apps that supposedly do this but they all don't work complaining that I don't have the right driver for my phone.
Any help will be appreciated.

You only mentioned apps which you tried to get the music to your iPhone. There's also software you could use to sync music to your device. When you search for "sync music to iPhone without iTunes", you'll get a few results. iSkysoft TunesOver and CopyTrans Manager are two of those which could help you.
