Contacts

I have a really dumb question. In ICloud on my Windows PC I have Calendars, Contacts, etc. In the Contacts section there is an "ALL Contacts" group. Is that a system type group that encompasses all your other contact groups? Can it be deleted?

All Contacts in iCloud are just the contacts from your iCloud account, and as far as I know it can't be deleted.
