Com can’t see file that I want to transfer

Please help
Mine is an iPhone7plus ios11 latest (11.0.3?)
while I was transferring the pic files to my computer via copy and paste
I found that at least one of the files I really need, to do editing on computer, windows10, was missing
It was not in the root folder
but was there when I look in my iPhone
I’ve tried save to files
here is where it lies

oh, btw, it’s a clip shot in 4k about 18+ minutes long

I don’t mind the transferring time, my problem is that the com can’t see it [emoji24]
