Charging is not supported with this accessory!!

Today, I conected my iPhone 4 to my PC with the cable (for charging it). After about 5 minutes I saw this message on the lockscreen!!! It's the first time that I see this message (after 11 monthes). After about 5-10 minutes, my friend called me and said the same thing!!! What is this mean??

Maybe some app is it jb it could be the usb cable to or a error with phone

Odds are it was a USB amperage supply issue. The iPhone can detect when there is a "Brown-Out" or lower than expected voltage/amperage. It allows the iPhone to protect itself from dangerous situations.
