I'm getting Slickwpaps any day now and i would like to use a Sena Sarach leather pouch as well,can anyone tell me if my iPhone 4s would fit in the Sena with the wraps on it.

Yes it should do. These wraps are less than a mm thick when on your phone. So shouldn't restrict any type of pouch/holder or case.
