Can't Sync Music to iPhone 6

When I plug my iPhone into my computer running Windows 10, iTunes does not pop up. If I open iTunes up, I don't have the option to sync the computers music to the iPhone

I called Apple Support It turns out I needed to update the driver
 
What driver did you have to update? My computer (ITunes) does not recognize my phone after the updates to both.
 
Maybe BB could try try this with notes and live again :)

Sadly no all my drivers are up to date and functioning correctly.
