Cannot access music on my iPhone 5c anymore. This photo pops up when I try

Welcome to iPhone Forums! Here are a few things to try. Hopefully one of these might help with your problem:

Force close the Music app, maybe that will help: double tap the Home button to show the app switcher, then slide the thumbnail towards the top of the screen.

Update your device, in case it's not running the latest software (That would be 9.2.).

Try resetting your iPhone: press and hold Home and Power button at the same time until you see the Apple logo. Let go of both, your iPhone will power up on it's own. This kind of reset won't change settings or remove data, it might help in your case though.

Do you use Apple Music? Make sure it's still enabled in Settings - Music.

Also take a look at iCloud Music Library, if you use this, and make sure it's turned on.

Go to Settings - iCloud. If you get a popup to enter your password, do it. That may solve your problem. If you don't get that popup, tap your account, and fill in your password, as required.

Go to Settings - iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID, then select "View Apple ID". The next page will ask you to "Sign in to iTunes Store". Enter your password there.
