Can"t remove apps

    When i press an app to remove it i do not get the x. I pops up share app. I have to go to Itunes to remove.

    You may be pressing too hard and thus invoking Force Touch. Just tap lightly and hold.

    I get that to also, all the time the older models didn't have this. Can it not be adjusted in some way?

    3D Touch sensitivity is adjustable

    If that's how's to stop the apps doing it, can you explain how to do adjust.

    The adjustments can be found under Settings General - Accessibility - 3D.

    Sometime we cannot delete the apps due to technical reason on iPhone. Don’t worry you can restart your phone and try again. When you are press an app showing you the "X". Just put your finger on the icon without pressing down to delete or move apps. Tap and hold down the icon of the application you want to delete. In case you are not able to delete app then take your Edited - no website links centre and ask them the software issues you are facing.
